Whats the deal with the heavy shortage of HO engines...its been reported that Ford only has capacity to build 20 percent of remaining 6.7L High Output orders in the USOB. Can this ratio be improved for the balance of the model year or should be be assumed that 8 out of 10 6.7L HO unscheduled SD orders are not going to get built? Personal interest (have a HO SD Tremor Ultimate that has been in the orderbank since early October last year).

Pro backup is also part of Lariat Ultimate Package

Anything regarding the Max Recline seats...are they on constraint now?

I am waiting on a scheduled build date ( Lariat / Ultimate / Tremor with 6.7 HO); dealer rang me up yesterday and advised the 6.7 HOs were in balance out and that his understanding no more 6.7 HOs for resto of model year. Curious if anybody has heard same from credible source (this is apparently separate from 6.7HO orders being shut down).

Wonder if those who waited on Job 2 and specifically are electing to get scales as a Lariat option (with the taillight LED indicators) will wind up getting full LED.

What options/packages were ordered as part of the build. Did your order come with the Ultimate package?

Are any of the above 6.7: (6.7L HO) or are they all gassers?

Latest rumor is that the diesel could be delayed by months due to an issue that requires an engineering fix to be implemented. Any individuals who actual work at the plant confirm if true?

Even at 165K...what is the monthly production rate with both plants on line? Wasnt the 2nd line supposed to start turning out MY23 SD's this month @ OHAP (did that actually happen yet)?

All this backlog and Ford apparently continues to accept new MY 23 orders. Amazing

I dont think we have gotten close to the Job 2 scheduling date (whenever that is supposed to be).....however given Job 2 builds are rumored not to occur until Spring (2 months from now at a minimum) it seems that scheduling is at lease a month out ..

Anybody seen something authoritative providing estimated date for Job 2 scheduling?

Is this week (tomorrow 3 Jan) the actual commencement of production for the 23s?

My dealer has been told 23 production runs only through May this year at which point they will move to late Summer resumption with 24 my restoring original production cycle. If true this does suggest Ford is going to work more agressively to meet order demand and accelerate timelines previously circulated . BTW I too am a 350 SRW Lariat Ultimate (but with Tremor) ..similar order entry dates and receipt of the 15 December standard supply chain constraint form email from Ford. Have not been scheduled. The 150K order received was as of the end of November (doesnt account for additional orders received this month).

Am pretty confident J2 scheduling timeline is going to be accelerated to get production going faster (subject to supply chain constraints) given the tremendous order volume.

Not standard on Lariat...the Smart Hitch doesnt come into play until you get the Tow package or the Lariat Ultimate (which includes the tow package). The Scale is a separate J2 option.

Page 4 addresses the King Ranch, Plat, Limited specifically, not the Lariat. Attempted to confirm this evening with my dealer rep that HUD was included in the Lariat Ultimate package and according to him it is not on there. Is understanding is that HUD can not be had on the Lariat. Is there any authoritative Ford reference that states HUD can be had on the Lariat if the Ultimate Package (or some other package/option) is selected?

Dont see how that would work in my case ...I want to combine the Sport with the Tremor package on the Lariat. Pretty sure that is supposed to be feasible but the site doesnt allow it evidently.

The online configurator doesnt appear to offer the Sport package (or blackout package) for any of its models....unless I am missing those..
