2024 Nautilus Hybrid Quick Review

A week ago I bought a 2024 Nautilus Reserve II Hybrid, after driving a 100 miles the Chek engine warning turned on. I Took it to the dealer and they said its an injector problem. Has anyone had this problem? I'm not sure if a should have the car exchanged for another one.
