  1. Transfer of operations? KTP isn't getting any of their production.
  2. KTP currently has 225 people laid off...SLAP employees wouldn't be able to transfer to KTP.
  3. Wizard my ass...more like shit spreader. :D
  4. If the Wizard was so smart...he would know that KTP gains nothing by SLAP closing. I call "bullshit"...his predictions are as good as any other average poster.
  5. I'm sure you know where he's from...right? The Star Wars Kid??? Search the internet for the Star Wars Kid if you haven't seen it...some of the funniest crap you'll ever see.
  6. The new Mustang is AWESOME. Which model/options/color did you purchase? Any pictures of your steed?
  7. http://scottrlap.proboards75.com/index.cgi LAP employees would like to invite all KTP employees to participate/contribute to a locally run forum. It's a great forum to get all Ford related news and local gossip without visiting several sites. The more, the merrier...please check it out. You can register or post as a guest, your choice. Thanks, ScottR@LAP
  8. It's really not that hard to figure out...to all of the people that feel as if you can buy whatever you want; you are part of the reason that 25-30,000 people are close to being unemployed. It's really not that hard. I believe Ford should adopt a policy of eliminating all of the employees who don't buy Ford products. I bet that would make you feel differently about supporting your employer.
  9. Don't forget BOLD...BOLD is their new word.
  10. How many Oakville employees noticed Mark Fields call your plant...OAKWOOD during his speech. Pretty ridiculous that he can't even get the name right.
  11. Sad day for the UAW and Ford Motor Company...as one salary employee best put it...the plan should be called "The Way Forward Without You Plan". My heart aches for any union brother/sister about to lose their job.
  12. http://scottrlap.proboards75.com/index.cgi I've had difficulties with www.voy.com as my server. I have created a new message board at proboards.com. Has anyone had any bad experiences with proboards.com that I should be aware of? Come check out what everyone in Louisville is saying...
  13. Well, of course. If the vehicle you assemble works for your current situation, buy it. I knew I'd receive a reply like this. I'm waiting for the employees of the stamping facilities, engine casting plants, etc... to reply next. LOL What do I buy? An engine? I can't drive an engine. Buy the vehicle that the engine is used, buy the vehicle in which the parts you are stamping....yada yada yada.
  14. That's some serious weather...where were the pics taken? Good looking ride.
  15. I was curious where this new engine was going to be built. If it ends up being in practically everything we build, this plant will be working some major OT.
  16. If everyone wants to be technical about what they drive...you should be driving what you assemble at your plant. That's the only way to help ensure your future. It's really not that hard to figure out. Buy what you build.
  17. If you noticed, I used the same exact unit from the media guide to display a 2006 at the top of the page. That's definitely my favorite color and model. We just started painting an ivory/cream pearl on the Mountaineer that looks beautiful also. If I can only talk my wife out of her Lincoln Continental. :o)
  18. I was in the middle of making some changes...it should work now. If it doesn't, just keep refreshing. It was acting up for me also. Scott I don't know what's going on with it...I keep getting the message 'Applet Timestamp Started' at the bottom, while it's taking forever to load.
  19. Tofer, I hope you don't mind...but I want to post your images on the Unofficial Louisville Assembly Plant Website. I am the Webmaster, Scott Renfro. You can visit our website at www.geocities.com/clarkscottkent/laplant/html We have a message board at: www.voy.com/124363/ Thanks, Scott
  20. You did well...you bought the best looking color, and you can't go wrong with the Eddie Bauer! Thanks for the purchase!
  21. ANY IDEA WHY MY POST COUNT STARTED OVER???
  22. I wanted to send a "Big Thank You" to all of the workers at Dearborn Truck who did a magnificent job of assembling my F-150. It just turned over 20,000 miles on the way home from work tonight. It's been trouble free...one of the finest Fords I've ever owned. Keep up the good work!
