What about holiday pay next week? If contract is voted down ford is under no obligation to pay us for thanksgiving or black friday

Yes sounds like a great plan ... wait about 8 yrs when you %24 percent will have a majority (huh) ...then vote down a pay raise... (wait you will be making the same as me so you will vote down your own pay raise)... vote down heath care ( wait we have the same health care) ... take away my pension ( I would welcome a fair pension buyout so I can control my own money ) ... huh guess voting in a contract that puts us on a level compensation playing field means you can't vote away my benifits without hurting yourself but then again you probably would vote in a bad contract that would shoot yourself in the foot just to hurt legacy workers... but by then we will all be legacy workers.... thanks to the people who are voting yes on this contract.

We will fight that battle if it ever arises as of now we are getting $200million investment. Working 3 shifts with lots of ot for everyone. With over 1300 hourly employees.

Pg 217c 2 excused after the fact days used on Monday or Friday per year.... I know in our plant if you have time your comiteeman can get them to excuse you after the fact . As long as you are not on y h ed attendence program.

Tradesman here also voting yes ...the whole let's vote it down and see what else we can get is just not how collective barging works. I think it will pass by 55%

If we tell international we do not except the offer they will return to the table . If Ford says there us no more to offer. we have already authorized a strike. International will strike they will not come back and ask us if we want the same deal again . If they can't get more we will strike.

No there is no guarantee you will get anything more. You may actually go on strike lose pay for that period and get nothing more.
