Yes sounds like a great plan ... wait about 8 yrs when you %24 percent will have a majority (huh) ...then vote down a pay raise... (wait you will be making the same as me so you will vote down your own pay raise)... vote down heath care ( wait we have the same health care) ... take away my pension ( I would welcome a fair pension buyout so I can control my own money ) ... huh guess voting in a contract that puts us on a level compensation playing field means you can't vote away my benifits without hurting yourself but then again you probably would vote in a bad contract that would shoot yourself in the foot just to hurt legacy workers... but by then we will all be legacy workers.... thanks to the people who are voting yes on this contract.
