The salesman seems to be a bit out of touch as to what he can or can’t do when tracking the progress of a truck build. It was ordered on 09/21/2007 and is a F250. It is regularly monitored by several Ford Employees, who are very helpful. Start your own new post there, like you did with this one (in other words, don't just add your request to the end of someone else's).
