Mackintire Posted May 27, 2008 Share Posted May 27, 2008 most of the Rangers sold around the world are diesels. North America is the ONLY place I know that you can not get a diesel in the Ranger. The 2.5T and the 3.0 diesel are standard parts globally. If we are lucky we may get an oil burner in the US for the ranger replacement by 2020. Probably something like a 2.5 T engine.
