A little respect for the full sized vans

I think that the econoline vans would be a perfect home for the 4.5L V6 diesel from the LCF. They already fit the V8 PSD in there, but not everyone needs the grunt of the full V8 and the 6 would do them well.

 

 

 

the 4.5 is a probably as big a POS as the 6.0.

 

But I do agree with what you're saying on having 2 diesel options. Makes tons of sense for Econolines and Superduties (having 2 diesels)

Navistar is history. No more 6.0 or 4.5. International has it now. They will be doing a 4.4. Also a 3.x? I think the smaller 3 liter is first. But I think in the E150, the 3 liter would work well for most of the "people hauling" they tend to do. Won't be a speed demon, but it shouldn't be anyway.
