Researchers at MIT are using a 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid as a test bed for a 200 mile range, hwy friendly electric car that is capable of recharging in 10 minutes. There is a dude around here with a Ranger that is powered off capacitors that recharge quick like that off of regular 120 volts. He is an acquaintance of my dad.
