SHO Curious Posted September 13, 2009 Share Posted September 13, 2009 I ordered my 2010 SHO on 8/28/09 and the dealer is telling me it will still be atleast another month before I get a VIN number. I came across a different forum and someone else ordered one the same day as I did but from a different dealer and they already have a VIN number and production date. Your Dealer must have 2010 Taurus allocation in order to get a unit scheduled in any week. FYI... 2010 Taurus allocation has been very low so far. Carson Lomax Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 I've had my VIN for over a month (ordered Aug 28th) and my SHO was supposed to be built last week but on Thursday Ford told me the build got pushed a week so my car should be built this week.
