akirby
Just wanted to say goodbye to my first "new" vehicle I had ever purchased. 1991 Ranger model S: 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual trans, short bed 4x2. No AC No power windows No radio Died and gone to Blue Oval Heaven with her original clutch @ 178,000 miles. RIP I had a 1990 4 cylinder/5 speed manual std cab short bed 4x2. It came with several free upgrades - shiny tailgate cover, aluminum wheels, am/fm cassette w/4 speakers and a sliding rear window. $7995. Ford was trying to keep their #1 sales position for the year. It was a great truck. I traded it for a loaded 95 supercab 4.0L 2wd. Strangely enough I actually saw it a few weeks ago in a local strip mall. I could tell it was mine because of some very specific damage to the tailgate and front fender. It was still running!
