susido Posted September 7, 2010 Author Share Posted September 7, 2010 Thank you very much for the update. I am aware of the need to enter the VIN - I was only using the partial url as an example. Your information does reinforce the impression that my dealer badly mislead me - when I placed the order July 17th I was assured the order would be highest priority and placed as part of his initial MKX dealer order the next day. Thanks to the DORA I know the order wasn't submitted for another 10 days and I know it wasn't highest priority. And he has had at least one MKX delivered several days ago that is awaiting customer pickup. I was also told the vehicle had entered production Aug. 26th but as that's the date of the DORA, I wasn't convinced of that.
