Well you said that right IF the economy gets better,ha they have been using the economy for 3 contracts now. Was Ford thinking about the economy when they paid Mulally,Ford Jr their millions and when they gave management back their raises,bonuses,matched their 401k. No,then why in the Hell shouldn't we get something back. Hell at least give us our break time back,turn the line speed back down,make our jobs where there not so overloaded,its not all about the money and our union can't get raises or cola back then they could have worked on the other things but no they did nothing for us. With inflation rising a record speeds at about record high,we aren't making 28 hr anymore,its like around 20 an hr now and inflation is just going to keep goin up so in 3 years it will be like we are making 15 an hr.
