blockisle9 Posted November 2, 2012 Share Posted November 2, 2012 Two questions about operator assist. 1- a little confused, the 2013 comes with 3 years of sync services, does that include 60 calls to operator assist? Or only 20? I've read different things. 2- What will operator assist provide? Just business searches? Or will it provide people searches? (Phone #s for people and people address's and directions? It can be used for business search or address search. To the best of my knowledge it is not like 411 and can not be used to find people. Also services does not come free on all sync vehicles. It only comes free on the Escape with My Ford Touch System. If you have the reg radio of the 4 inch My Ford screen Services Is extra.
