Hill Assist on HyTi Fusion

My window sticker on my Hybrid Titanium says "Hill Start Assist" but Ford ETIS says less Hill Start Assist. What is this feature? Do those that have Hybrid Titanium's have this in their car? Thanks for your help.

I think they all have it stick or not, am I correct? Not that you would reall need it that much with the automatic. It's not even a big deal with a stick shift, but I know some people have a harder time of it than others.

You also want to remember that ETIS is a European web site so I imagine some thing are not correctly interpreted. This is the reason it thinks the car is a Ford Transit.

 

I propose it is a bundled item and so it has "less hill assist" as a stand alone feature; they don't want to add it twice.

ETIS shows "Less Hill Launch Assist" on mine too, but the car has it. I wouldn't worry about it.

That's nothing, for my car ETIS said "Less rear seatbelts" -- but it still had them.

The only thing ETIS is good for is the build date. The system is not meant for consumers to track cars.

I see the "less seatbelts" on mine too, that's funny (and etis is unreliable).
