The info I am getting is the new Transit Vans won't hit the streets until 4th Quarter of 2014, so the question is when is the order bank going to be opened?

Order banks generally open about 3 months before production begins, so it won't be until sometime next summer.

It looks like the new T-Series Transit model is going to be available later than originally expected. The 2013 E-Series was supposed to be the last year but Ford recently released the 2014 E-Series Order Guides. I'd expect that there may be a crossover timetable where the E-Series continues to be available until T-Series production starts and then ramps up to full speed. This would ensure inventory available of the E-Series until sufficient T-Series inventory is available to maintain the segment sales volume.

Well shucks! I was looking forward to the Transit, but guess we'll all have to wait another year. Do you have a link to the 2014 E-Series Order Guide cause I can't find it anywhere and the search tool is driving me crazy with error codes! Thanks if you can. Tommy
