boominup Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 My 21 year old granddaughter purchased a beautiful 06 SEL AWD with low mileage and it has the OEM in dash sound system w/GPS. She has since joined the USAF and Jan 1st I will be driving her car with her to Idaho where she will be stationed. This is a 2600 mi. trip from New England and when I asked her if her GPS worked she said that the car was missing an install CD?? The car is since out of warranty and the dealer is of no help since it has been sold to another company. Have you heard of such a CD and can it be acquired from Ford Parts? She told me she never realized the car had GPS and now at the 11th hour this has to be looked into. HELP??? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
akirby Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 There was no OEM navigation option on the 06 fusion. If it was added from a later model then you probably need the DVD which you can get from a dealer or eBay. But no guarantee it works since it wasn't a factory option.
