tooltime
Attention all trades on these schedules !!!!!! This issue has finally been fixed. Holiday conversion and double time on these schedules is now bankable UPTO our hours worked. This is the best language in the agreement. We must pass this agreement,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, for Im sure this language would be one to fall off if we vote down the agreement and we lose this great achievement for trades on these schedules across the country.. We all thank you GT !!!! Good job/proud Edited November 12, 2015 by tooltime

Pioneer
Trades got it made Trades got the shaft. Everything in this contract was geared towards getting enough production votes to pass. Just like GM's.
caustic
Trades got the shaft. Everything in this contract was geared towards getting enough production votes to pass. Just like GM's. I fail to see how anyone except for the idiots with money problems wanting 10K before taxes see this as a yes vote. GM's deal is much more friendly to newer workers, Ford smeared their logo on the FCA deal and mixed in some higher buy outs. FCA and FMC 1 raise per year on hire date for tier 2, GM three raises in the first year of the contract(ratification, April, and the following September). All three companies short changed tier 1 with that 3% raise 4% lump sum crap. trades may get the shaft as you say but that 7 on 7 off with a bunch of OT on the paycheck doesn't seem half bad.

Weecountry
This right here proves you don't know what you're talking about. The more money you make, the more time you live in the plant. Trades get paid 80 hours a week and only work 10 if that!!! They are either sleeping, playing cards , or watching movies and I can't get a damn light bulb changed. littlecountry
Way overpaid in my opinion. God forbid you need a light bulb changed it might disturb someones nap. You can get a lightbulb , tricky part is getting the 2 trades to show up at the same time, since it takes 2 classifications to change it.
