Does anyone have any information on how long it is taking for ordered Mavericks to arrive at the dealer?

So my fiancé ordered hers on August 10 and is estimated to arrive at the dealer on November 6, not too bad in my opinion

I ordered mine on 30 June, and they have changed my build date 4 times. I ordered Lariat, EB, AWD, 4K tow, fx4, etc, and they havent built it yet. Last week my scheduled build week is 11/29.
