Are you talking about the actual seat cushion? If so, yes. It locks down and there is a strap on each side that you pull to release it so you can lift it and get to the storage underneath.

Does anyone know if spray-in liners are causing delays on Rangers? Just curious as it didn't slow mine down any in January. I ordered in October and they started building the 22s on 12/13. Mine was scheduled for the week of 1/3 and took delivery on 1/27.

I have a Z-Plan order for a Maverick but I gave up on seeing that any time soon. I ordered a Ranger and am driving that. I guess the dealer will have a nice Maverick Lariat to sell some day (if it ever shows up).

That could be. Just glad my dealer will accept X-plan and is not selling over MSRP.

Not accepting X-plan makes no sense for customer orders as I don't believe retail orders cut into their allocation (forget the rest of this if I am wrong on that). Some profit and a satisfied customer make more sense to me than no sale and the loss of a future customer. On the other hand, I can see them not wanting to sell a stock order at a discount when they could sell it to 20 other people at MSRP (or higher).

This will probably apply mostly to trucks but does anyone know what options would cause a vehicle to be sent off site for work? Just curious. I am pretty sure a spray-in bedliner will cause that but wondering what else will require a trip somewhere else before a vehicle is shipped.

Job 01 would mean the day that production of a certain model year begins. Job 01 would also be the initial configuration of the model for that year. If there is a significant enough change during the model year, you would see a Job 02.

It was delivered to the dealer this morning and I drove it home this afternoon. I am guessing that it never did go to Portland. Could it have been the railcar that went and the truck just wasn't recorded properly in the tracking system? Thanks for all of your help!

I just heard from my salesman and he told me that they were just notified that my Ranger is being delivered tomorrow. I will let you know and post pics if that happens.
