They weren't able to tell me what that meant. We're they just feeding me a line of BS to keep me off their back, or is that good news? There is no status as "viewed" which is why the Dealer couldn't tell you what it means! I'd ask for a copy of the Vehicle Visibility report so you can see your actual order status. I'd also ask them what your priority code is, and to ask for a copy of the latest WBDO Preview (Web Based Dealer Ordering) display that will also show the priority code. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rbcundiff6 Posted April 30, 2022 Share Posted April 30, 2022 Your order most likely previewed during the week but was not picked up for scheduling. As for priority code, 01 and 02 are highest priority for scheduling. If you are at 02 or 01, you are basically next in line to be viewed and or scheduled. Hope this helps.
