Ford, Chevy Top Brand Loyalty Rankings, but Toyota Takes a Tumble - The Detroit Bureau Highlights. Top 3 Overall. Tesla, 68.0%, up 1.1% from 2022 Ford, 59.5%, no change from 2022 Chevrolet, 57.1%, up 2.6% from 2022 Mainstream brands with improved customer loyalty in 2023 compared to pre-pandemic. Mitsubishi Mazda Dodge Hyundai Buick GMC Worst performer. Toyota, down 5.7% and now in 7th place among mainstream brands.
