Monoman Posted August 8, 2023 Share Posted August 8, 2023 I received PCO from Ford just a few days after my purchase. It clearly states when it expires but how do I know when it became active? I'd like to assume the dealership checked just before signing but assuming they didn't, is there a way to find out if I was eligible to use it? See if the dealer ran a smart vincent at purchase time (I’m sure they did and it wasn’t there). You could try ford customer service to verify.
