Beefmaster
Hello all, I have searched the owner's manual and a quick search of this forum and I have not found a torque spec for my 6.2 gas oil drain plug. I just changed my oil for the 3rd time since I bought my truck and I have a leak. The times before I just gave it a firm twist and it was good. I saw a couple of posts on another forum that had it between 12 and 17 foot pounds. My gasket looked good on the plug. So I was going to use the torque spec before I drain and add a new gasket. Thanks for any info you might have.

rick johnson nm
I have changed the oil 3 times also on my 2019 6.2l gas F350 dually. Never a hint of an oil leak.. Never measured torque. I suspect your leak is not torque related. Gasket or accidental damage?
