I’m looking forward to seeing what they design since Transit and Crafter are so different in some ways.  Largest Crafter for example is 2 feet longer and with much longer wheelbase than largest Transit.  Low-roof Crafter seems much taller with greater headroom than Transit.  It will be interesting to see if VW goes smaller or Ford larger, or meet in middle (assuming they share basic van).  Or maybe not all variants will be produced for each brand?

Seems to be a full reskin with the same architecture as the current model.

That is actually a pretty nice looking vehicle for a van.

Parker’s in UK and other European sites report Crafter is getting a facelift and interior upgrade in 2024, but that all-new Crafter won’t be available until 2026.  If next generation Crafter is by Ford, perhaps Transit will also come out around 2026, though Ford Transit could come out earlier.
