  1. And both of them had coupe bodystyle...the Escort matter of fact had two models- the 2 door Escort and the EXP! :P
  2. Gotta love the distorted wheels from the iphone/cell phone camera!
  3. That is the interesting thing, is it because thats what was dictated to us or was that because consumers wanted that. Sorta the same situation with SUV's back in the 1990's Just seems like there where more choices in the 1960s-1980ishs when it came to cars.
  4. A coworker of mine asked the dealership he was at the other day about the 5L Mustang and the guy was like I dunno what your talking about! They still need to get rid of the 2010s
  5. They have a great photo of the tuxedo black color in the review....very interesting effect http://www.autoblog.com/2009/06/17/review-...self-in-middle/
  6. You need smaller/cheaper Vehicles to fill in up to the MKZ Hopefully Mercury will have a unique car or two in its line up...a Convertible Focus and a Small MPV would be nice. Though I wonder how tarted up they make a Mercury Focus?
  7. I was watching the news before heading into work this morning, it had Jill Wagner in it driving the 2010 Milan, which always a plus (looked great in the blue dress, but I digress)... anyways the thing that struck me was at the end of it, it had just two Products...the Mariner and Milan! Man I hope Mercury gets another car or two soon!
  8. Here is the thread from Themustangsource.com http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.p...068#post5855068 Also the GT500 keeps the 5.4L next year...
  9. This will make Nick Happy http://www.autoblog.com/2009/06/18/return-...n-2011-mustang/
  10. Also from the article it states that whatever torque steer you get is very minor...
  11. Like stated before the 3.5L EB is for premium products at the moment...I'd say the same MPG with an extra 100HP is nothing to sneeze at. lets come back and visit this when we see EB I4 engines.
  12. Hahaha love this comment: Wow a Marauder was that much? What a rip off and didn't come with the same options that the SHO does
  13. Wow thats not bad at all...it even gets better MPG then AWD Fusion!
  14. Ugh they are still reporting that Ford is using a Halex setup for AWD  Also according to MT the SHO gets 17/24 MPG....Not too bad
  15. WTF Buddy! The Fusion Sport already starts at 28,400...and I dont think the 3.5L with all of its pumbling for EB is gonna fit! Anyways, I'm still concerned about the MPG ratings of the car...all I want to see is it get same MPG numbers as the AWD Limited Taurus. But I'm sure they had their foot in it the whole time and got only 16 MPG....I was getting that that the first couple weeks on the Mustang and I now I can get 20-21 MPG out of it with 62K on the clock.
  16. While it is attractive looking, is there really ANY market for this? I almost get a feeling that some automakers are trying to throw shit against a wall to find the next big thing in the automotive market...
  17. I have to totally agree with that and the SHO is most likely going to be limited to 5-10K sales a year... I still see a ton more Chrysler 300 V6's and Chargers then I do see V8 models.
  18. Well it is a flagship car and if its too much money, well thats what the Fusion is there for!
  19. I like this line: I think he really enjoys his job at Ford...or at least puts on a good front :P
  20. This is a good/bad thing...my parents had a hard time picking out a car on the lot at a Mercury dealership because they had no stock! They settled for a Gold Sable (OMG can you be any more boring!...not to mention there are a half dozen other gold cars on their retirement development street) and my sister just got screwed out of an Escape they where told was coming in to the dealership so she could trade in her Explorer on this month...but the car "dissapeared"..so Shes ordering a 2010 Escape so that doesnt happen again.
  21. My Bro-in-law got his like 3-4 weeks ago after ordering it in March....to be Honest I was SHOCKED that the dealership didn't do anything stupid...they even told him that he was the first one to order a Fusion Hybrid in the area...supposedly Though I did see a 3L Fusion the other day and the damn flex fuel thing looks alot like the Hybrid Fusion badge at a quick glance!
  22. According to TireRack, the 20 inch fit for the SHO are Eagle F1 that have a really shitty tirewear rating of 220! The optional 20 inch tires (20in Wheel package I guess for the non performance package) are Michelin Primacy MXV4 that have a tirewear rating of nearly triple of the Eagle F1s, with a 620 rating! The 19 inch OEM tires are pretty crappy also Personally I'll go for the All Season 20 inchers...they are same price as the 19in Tires, but the rims look much better IMO
  23. Ha was that pointed at me? Anyways, isn't sales tax affected by trade ins also? :P  Oh thats pretty damn good deal for the stripper model A Plan! Thanks for looking....your the best...but I gotta fuck with you
  24. What about a stripper model with no options? I guess 5K off for A plan is good and would put me under 40K since I'm not getting totally loaded 402A :P
