We must be able to Exercise our total ford time fairly to all, not just to a small segment of the work force. I agree, we all work for the same company. Now that the trades hired off the street can go to a production job what is the reason for it? When an apprentice graduates they are expected to do the same job as a Journeyman, and most can and will.

I hate taking my vehicle to the dealership I avoid it at all cost.Dealership mechanics are payed by how many problems are fixed,isn't that a catch 22?More problems=more work.

If the hydraulic hybrid works as advertised that would be a huge game changer, combined with a fuel efficient diesel this would cement Ford's truck leadership.Imagine a truck that gets 40MPG they wouldn't be able to build them fast enough.As for cars, build some of the concepts you come out with every year.And work your ass off to get your image portrayed positively in the media this is the most important one.
