  1. McConnells' a DUMBASS!!......'nuff said.
  2. We can (and probably will) give it all away and it won't make any difference. The REAL problem is the lop sided trade agreements! We all knew this would be the end result. The politicians couldn't be that blind to not see this train wreck coming.
  3. Send the bill to Sen. Corker, and the rest of those anti-union A-holes!!
  4. Slow here too. Don't know about excess traffic though. I've gotten on at 3 a.m. and it didn't make any difference. Maybe the moderators can shed some light on the source of the problem?
  5. They need workforce reductions at the Glass House! They can double up on jobs like we have to on the line. They need to do this at the plant level also. Seems like anymore, their are more chiefs than indians.
  6. I hope that Cox realizes that this little escapade of his probably puts the kabosh on any hopes he has of being governor. What a MORON! He belongs in Tennessee.
  7. Reducing legacy costs, isn't that what VEBAs all about?
  8. They should pull out of NHRA also. Think of all the money they'll save when they quit supportin' that freeloadin' Force family! What about Barrett-Jackson? That can't be a cheap ride either. Toby Keith should get the boot too, Ford trucks are capable of selling themselves. I'm sure this is probably the tip of the iceberg. There are probably others that we don't even know about!
  9. Wasn't VEBA supposed lighten the load? They should wait until 2010 when it kicks in before they even think about concessions. Ford should be good until the next contract!! Am I wrong?
  10. I see on your site that Romeo will be looking for Quality/ Benefit & Safety reps. Got some Homesteaders leaving? Can't wait to see who the next set of "Good ole boys are gonna be! Also waiting for the Amore Coalition to jump on board and tell us what went wrong.
  11. Same thing here. Don't you just love surprises?
  12. Hourly could work for nothing as well and it won't help. All these low interest loans etc. won't mean chit ,you can't borrow money if you don't have a job. The only thing that will save the economy... is getting a half a million people back to work.
  13. Kudos to Jim Koester & The Gibralter Trade Center!!! Lets all take the opportunity to get in touch with Mr. Koester And give him a big Thank You for his support!
  14. It would be a sad day if the " Arsenal of Democracy" got kicked to the curb.
  15. The labor movement as a whole needs to do an all out assault to organize the South. The polititians talk about parody with the transplants, Whats wrong with parody with the domestics? Who in their right mind would choose to chase the assembly line for 14 bucks an hour? The South wants to organize, but are disolutioned by what is going on with the labor movement. This is what southern management wants. Domestic labor costs go down; southern labor costs as a result will go down as well. Southern shop rats known this and fear it. These people need to see just how strong the labor movement really is. As it stands now, we are setting a poor example with concession after concession. GOD bless the labor movement and middle class America!
  16. This is all about union busting! I wonder if these yahoos are under pressure from the foreigners to get this done? Maybe the unions getting too close for comfort!
  17. I think the Ford family realizes what the implications might be. They don't want the government running "the family business".
  18. If they wanna hang anyone out to dry, it ought to be Clinton! NAFTA was the beginning of the end.
  19. Heard on the news today that Dodd says that Wagoners gotta go! Bye bye sum bitch!
  20. I wonder what the haters attitudes would be if GM or Chrysler goes under and they get caught up in the fallout? These people don't realize that this would affect them as well!!
  21. The last time I felt this much "Love" from the public was when I come home from Viet-Nam!!
  22. With the JSP about to be history, all employees will be placed in plants and then the layoffs will begin. Hoping I'm wrong, I think buyouts may be a thing of the past.
  23. Of course Shelby wants to see the Big Three go bankrupt. That way they are rid of the union and other obligations. Then he can lure them to "La La land" with the same incentives he gave the foreigners!
  24. Its amazing , 44 YEARS and NO BACKBONE! WTF Ron???
