no, whats dumb is that uaw members do not get to vote in the iuaw president and other officals! thats DUMB!!! these individuals make decisions that affect all our lives and we have no say as to who is elected!!

i agree somewhat. but as a uaw member and in a democrat society i feel that we should be able to vote our own uaw president and not have someone appoint them. maybe things would turn out different.

i would love to see replacement workers at dtp! when we have someone gone it takes two to do a job! that a lot of scabs crossing the line. and the public sees this! i'm not buying a ford truck now!!

maybe the public would be interested in what the top 10 salary people make at ford, mulally? maybe they want to see the profit on an f-150? maybe they want to know why low tier workers get $3.50 hr raise? or what all the salary people got back? whats going to stop the company from opening the contract again and taking away more, surely our uaw will allow this, they have in the past. you know taking a stand for what is right is NEVER easy! it's not only for us now it's for future generations!

yes they get a raise, but they must agree that i can hire some workers at half the wage i pay them.

where? they have already been doing this, this guy (trade) retires and ford say we don't need to replace him! if the contract just said for each trade that retires we WILL replace him with a displaced trade, very simple. but, does it say this? NO, so what do you think the company will do? I vote no for displaced trades!
