  1. Last rumor going was NO more down weeks. rumors are aplenty with the downtime this week

  3. Hopefully they're smart enough (doubt it) to not run the shifts back to back like they do now where one shift is parking while the other shift is still working 10.7
  4. Doubt anyone has ever said that about me personally, but i did hire in with some turds, we at least went through a process that wasnt just "you start tomorrow, report here"
  5. I think having drugs/alcohol in your system is a requirement for employment nowadays i think. I'm shocked they even do a piss test honestly with the trash they've been hiring. they need to do interviews and physicals, way to much trash being brought in (friends and family plan)

It got even better yesterday when an email was sent out saying that all SCHEDULED vacation time that people put in already for after june 1st will be VOIDED and they are going to give us all a slip to fill out and select vacation time by seniority... I dont know about others but this is complete BULLSHIT, i have approved vacation time that is going to be VOIDED?? WTF!

  10. Yeah they're both posted, I thought mine would be more then last year but it was 120.00 less, yet I worked the same.
  11. They do this every year we've gotten a profit share check. They delay posting it thinking less people will call off. Then blame a system glitch

  13. You've obviously never had the company screw up your pay and not get a check for a month.
  14. you dont think the company has any involvement in you getting your unemployment? ford pays into your unemployment, therefore when you falsify your claim saying ford laid you off when you werent, youre basically stealing money from the company and state you didnt have coming to you. depending on how much they received, it could be a felony that can be punished by imprisonment and fines.
  15. People have tried this in the past, they didnt get their jobs back.
