Oh but wait, we'll give you 1k more then bankrupt companies got AND we'll let you have half your profit sharing early, hell you don't even have to be a Ford worker, you can be ACH and we'll give ya 6k too!, so make sure you sign on the dotted line, oh and you gave up lube in the concessions so supply your own, now bend over!

Do transplants CEO get tens if millions in bonuses? Do transplant companies give equal bonuses to supplier workers (ACH)? Do transplant companies have unions that care more about how much money they make then the workers they represent I.e. Getting a raise after workers give consessions?

at least if you're driving a used Ford you're still driving a Ford. what perception does it give other people looking to buy a car when they see a Ford worker won't even buy a Ford.

What bugs me is at DTP there are a bunch of people driving expensive non-ford vehicles with "handicap" stickers on them so they can park right up by the gate and dont have to bother walking the extra distance or leave their expensive car in the back of the lot.. how the fuck do you work in an assembly plant and have a handicap sticker, i've seen these people get out of their jaguars and lexus' and they look like something, but it isnt handicapped.

Really? so the person that makes more money for the company by working overtime should get an equal bonus to the person that doesnt want to do any extra work? BRILLIANT!

Waste of a letter. He knows that jobs are important. he's trying to inform the membership ahead of time that we may be getting the shaft and telling people basically not to just sign the contract blindly because they dangled a carrot (signing bonus) in front of us. the more people know and read between the lines, what to look for the better off they are.

why not bring in people from saline, Goddard flat out lied to our faces about those of us that are out on "loan" would come back before anyone 2nd tier or otherwise came there, yet they took in temps, while a bunch of us are at DTP or other places.

I lost track of how many times we've been promised jobs that didnt materialize or if they did the amount of jobs it added was a small fraction of what we were told. for instance, when i was at rawsonville, i remember my first contract joel goddard said vote yes for this, because it's going to fill this place with jobs, we're looking at having 6500 jobs in here like the good ol' days, well if anyone is at or has been at rawsonville, they know what happened.
