Has anybody heard the total number of buy-outs? OR is this still some big secret? There has been plenty of time you would think for someone to come up with some numbers. What's the problem, It can not be that complicated to get it figured out can it?

Openings At Ford Facitities???? OK Lets back fill all these Ford Plants, Then do a Permanate lay off. You like that option better??? The orange people at Saline and Milan are temporay employees, also temporary at the Ford plants. There is NO REASON why Fords should have people in JSP to begin with! BY CONTRACT we (FORD EMPLOYEES AT ACH PLANTS) have every right to go to the SALINE plant. We will go to any plant we are forced to go to. But if you are going to force us then orange people somewhere are going to have to go.

I tell ya if they get rid of the JSP then by god the orange people must go!!!! Place the FORD employees that are in JSP in the ORANGE peoples places, I hate sounding so cold but thats the way it is. You can not have Orange people working in a FORD plant of ANY kind and keep the Ford people out of work (with no JSP). FORD FOR LIFE, NOT ORANGE FOR LIFE. Hopefully it will not come to this. And please don't say we people had our shot at a Ford Plant, this is just a stupid response. We at closing plants DID sign flow backs, unfortunatly we didn't have the senority to get the plants we signed for. And don't say we should of signed Dearborn Heritage, The flow backs were our choices, pick a few plants that we WANTED to go to. IF forced to Dearborn Heritage we will go and with a smile on our faces. Hopefully our leader RON will not give in. And by the way has anyone heard if he was willing to work for far less money till the economy picks back up? :blah: :blah: :blah:

Flow back? You mean if you left Saline to begin with, and go back? (This is a violation of contract to begin with) What about Ford Transfers from other ACH plants? Was anything said about this?

Was just wondering if there is any news about the Milan Plant. Has it sold? Is it still an ACH.LLC ?

Have no problem with Return to Home plant people. Talking about the temps they have working there now. Heard from someone today the number 10 to 12 temps is wrong, the number is 200 temps.

Can someone in International explaine to me WHY Woodhaven Stamping has a Temporay Lay Off of 10 people on TLO. And they are still working 10 to 12 hours a day, have temporary people still working in the plant, And the plant Chairman says to more then 1 person that there will be NO ACH people come to his plant, OVER HIS DEAD BODY is how he put it. This is just plain WRONG!!!!!! Like I stated before we are Ford Motor Company Employees, The temps are just that, temps! But like the plant chairman there stated, The temps we have are Family. Well we are Ford Family here at ACH plants. I'm hoping someone from International reads this. Ford Plants should NOT be allowed Temporay lay offs just to keep their Temps in plant, while we Ford Employees are looking for a home.

Heard 77 from Monroe plant going to AAI monday

I always doubted our new chairman at 723 but he is showing he has balls. I hope he keeps it up. He did not sign a flow back. Says we need representation and wants to make sure we get it till the doors close. Gotta love that.

Well the list for Monroe plant went up yesterday with who got what plant, it was described as unoffical. Ford human resources said take it down! Chairman says no, it says unoffical, A few hours later it had to come down, he was told you can not post that list! I am going to try to get a copy, I hear it is posted on union board. Seems kinda fishy. Why can it not be posted? And how did Human resources at Fords even know it was up? Any other ACH plant get to post a list yet?
