I've read most dealers just screw into the bumper, but there is an aftermarket bracket that avoids this. I'll make sure to tell the dealer to not do that when I get mine.

While I don't think it would sell well, I can't see anything better then this, it looks like something I would imagine for production.

Very nice, now just make a convertible version!
