  1. I am wondering why members of another local were allowed to vote in the 898 election. They didn't pay dues to 898, why should they be allowed to vote in our election? Is Saline going to let us vote in their elections? Why did those two trustees from 898 have to give up their elected positions when they transferred out but they can vote for that job but they can't run for that job?
  2. McCain has used this phrase many times, it is a typical old boys club phrase, so get off it,if McCain can use it, it's okay but not for Obama? BS .... this was not directed at Palin, spin city http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufYTOxJC28U...feature=related
  3. here is something you ought to read about your straight talker McBush: http://www.nationinstitute.org/p/schanberg09182008pt1
  4. Are you out of your frigging mind??? We haven't been taking, we have earned what we have and more. If it's so damned bad, why are the exec's still getting there bonuses and keeping their multi- million dollar wages? Give me a break
  5. I'm not so sure he isn't Joey's choice.
  6. Did you Captain Know_it_All? and the answer is ... yeah we did, dumbass
  7. At least you were able to change leadership. Rawsonville's elections are a joke.
  8. Sure it's an open forum... but giving opinions on a plant you don't work at is going beyond open to skewing opinion when you can't possibly have the skinny unless you work there. Opinions are a strange thing, they hit the air and become reality for some. Your job isn't affected by your backing people in our plant elections, ours are. It just seems it should be coming from a guy who works there not some Joely groupie from Utica or Sterling or where ever they have the misfortune to work with you.
  9. I'm still trying to figure out why you think you have any say on a Rawsonville thread, when you don't work here.
  10. Right, shutting people up is what this election was about. So, if you don't agree, you must be delusional.
  11. Men on Crack is the operative word. Too bad there isn't more integrity in this union.
  12. Because you think that there can't be more than one who opposes this mess?
  13. Joel's trusty made to order voting machines, maybe he can sell them to McCain, he's gonna need 'em
  14. This doesn't make sense, Sheila loses election after election until now, something smells, when you talk to ppl and they give you an idea of who they think will win and it's none of the above, it's kind of strange
