I ordered my SD card last night at about 7 pm mountain time off the syncmyride website. It arrived via Fedex TODAY, I was shocked. Updated to 3.5.1 tonight. We will see how it works tomorrow.

I start mine from the 3rd floor window of my office, which is at least 100 feet from the door, plus the height of the building.

2.0 AWD Titanium, 350 miles in, 75% highway, 26mpg.

We purchased our 2013 Escape off X plan and it was just short of 2K off MSRP. Then it is rebate time. And you get what the rebate is available at the time of delivery. In addition, a max of $100 doc fee on X plan. I think our dealer charges like $300 otherwise. I like the X plan route, because I find all the negotiating stupid, and I am left wondering if I got a good price or not.

We picked up our Tuxedo Black Titanium Escape last night. My first impressions are wow. Amazing tech, and amazing interior!. Going to take weeks to get comfortable with Nav, and all the other 8 billion settings. It rides super and seems to be really quiet. We dumped a 09 Jetta TDI, and that thing launched after the turbo lag, but the Escape is quite quick, and gets right on down the road. So far, impressed! :hyper:

I certainly can, as soon as it arrives at the dealer. That is supposed to be next Tuesday, so hopefully I can have some pics uploaded by the end of next week.

I added the molded mud guards and cargo mat to my soon to be delivered Escape dealer order today. Interesting to find that if you add them to your order before/at delivery, they are treated under the 3/36 portion of the warranty. If you add later, they have a 1 year warranty. I have snapped a few off over time. This way, hopefully I will only pay once for the ridiculously overpriced mud guards.

No, I do not. It is just weird, all other gears shift in an acceptable range. In fact when it does finally shift it will shift to 3rd and immediately 4th. Like it knows it is wrong. :bag: Occasionally, it will shift violently to 3rd, so violently I look in the rear view mirror, looking for parts in the road. That seems to correspond with me locking out 6th, which I always do when towing. I have not really tried to duplicate that, due to obvious reasons.

Just curious if anyone has experienced their tranny hanging in 2nd at about half throttle for what seems forever when towing? We haul a 10,000 lb toy hauler, and just rolling out at a normal speed it will hit 5000 to 5300 rpm's in 2nd a lot of the time. I can let off the throttle and then it just decelerates in 2nd. Just shift already!!!! It makes me crazy. Had it to the shop twice so far. Taking it next week with trailer attached this time to show them. I would expect this behavior in WOT or something close, but not 'normal" acceleration. I have gone to manual shifting alot of the time.

I wonder if anyone will ever hear from Ford what was the deal exactly? I for one would be interested to know what went wrong, or if it is something we as owners could watch for, before it actually leaked.

My experience in the past is I can get a better deal online for an ESP than I can get from dealer, so I can't roll it into my payment. On my truck in 2008, the difference was substantial, like $600. My dealer was not happy when I told him. Some of those online dealers must be selling them at a loss, or my dealer is trying to make a lot of money on ESP?

I have 11,000 miles on my 2011 F350 with 3.73. I get 15 mpg consistently, mixed driving. We won't talk about mpg, with my 10,000 lb Toy Hauler bumber pull trailer. 7.5

I guess I signed up way back in 2008, but never did any posting, just looking. I have 2011 F350 which I love and a 2013 Escape on order. I have been a Ford guy almost exclusively, except for the 09 Jetta TDI I tried out. I hate having a car, so back to the Escape, which we had before the Jetta. :surrender:

Does anyone have any experience with MotorAide vehicle warranty's? My credit union is pushing it for our new 2013 Escape on order, and I have never gone 3rd party, so I am skeptical.
