  1. No vote here, I don't need Gary or anyone else's points. I can see this contract sucks, basically all stays the same and we get some mulally pocket change every now and then.
  2. I'm sure the workers will get mulallys nuts in their mouth. And the world is supposed to end December 21st 2012 so we will get some time under our new contract!!!
  3. Cool, thanks I will! I still have no idea why you even posted on the topic if you don't care about it, but whatever.
  4. No problem, there was a point made earlier in this thread that insinuated that we were talking about total cost. He even replied "Doesn't employee cost include everything we earn?" Personally I am not a transplant worker so that would make my cost $58 according to Ford and a non-transplant at Toyota $50 according to Ford which is what I am going off of.
  5. Are you that stupid, they have mettings every year showing that we make $58 per hour, GM at $56, Toyota at $50. So $50 x 20= come on, I know you can do it!!! And I don't know if you seen the title of this thread-Alan Mulally's pay vs. Honda, Toyota, Nissan CEO pay. :slap:
  6. Besides if you want to get into numbers, I love numbers!!! In 2009 Toyotas CEO made $903,000, Mulally made $17,900,000, probably further divided now. It's one Ford they claim, so should Ford employees make 20 times what a production Toyata worker makes? That would definately be "life changing"!!! That would be what about a $1000 per hour.
  7. Nice of you to leave out all his bonuses! Management counts are bonus, profit sharing is why we are making $2.00 more per hour than GM.
  8. How many times do you need to post this crap idiot? I've seen some of the work tier 2 workers do, with high turnover like you wish the company had the quality would be horrible which would result in a lot less sales. Tell me again how this would be profitable???
  9. Don't forget Bob King, I'm sure he will get a nice chunk too!
  10. we are making $2 more than gm due to our profit sharing, it's retarded to include profit sharing in amount of money we make an hour. Mark Fields can suck a huge C^%K!!!!
  11. I would say you were dreaming! The company stated that they gave us more for money for the last profit sharing than the formula came up with. They are so nice to us.(sarcasm there)
  12. Some people may like going backwards in pay and benefits, but I am not one of them. Ford is making a lot of money lately and can afford to give blue collar a raise. That's fine if you want to vote yes on some bs contract, but if I don't like it which is the way it is sounding as of right now(I will have to see an official finished negotiated contract first) I will be voting NO .
  13. $1,000,000,000 That's billion divided by 27= $37,037,037 million per year. Alan Mulally came on in 2006 so 5 years he has made in excess of 313,000,000(March 10, Detroit Free Press: Already, Mulally's accumulated equity-based incentives -- 13.9 million shares and 14.5 million options -- are worth about $313 million based on Ford's $14.01 closing price Monday, according to an analysis by Equilar, a firm that specializes in executive pay. That does not include salary, bonus and other corporate perks.) $313,000,000 million divided by 5=$62,600,000 so that is nearly double what toyoda is making and last time I checked Alan's last name wasn't Ford. He is grossly overpaid and you made that even more obvious with your post. :slap:
  14. Large tariffs on imports would pretty much solve everything from jobs to national debt.
