Just had state of the plant. By 2012 our numbers are going down so much that they'll prolly close the doors. But you never know maybe they will put a new engine in our plant. You guys might as well come up and at least ride it out for a couple of years. Its a nice area to live in. I live about 20 min from the plant. If I were coming up I would research the local schools. I've seen some of the posts on here from Romeo High grads and its scary what a piss poor job the schools did.

If we don't get a new product commitment soon @ Romeo we are toast. The 4.6 is going away.

With the jsp being gone they have no incentive to up the buyouts.

I can think of three people you have over there on mids that are some of the laziest p.o.s. that I've known in the plant.

I heard they scrapped the 4 10s for assembly because they wanted to make friday a regular day so they could play thier fucking games with the production schedule. The crank dept. has run so badly that dayshift assembly is off for another week. Don't know what they are doing over there but its pretty pathetic that they can't make any parts with three f'n shifts. I heard the midnight shift has a bunch of lazy fuckers over there that think they are entitled to sleep every night.
