My 04 Expy has been above average for me with no TSB's to date and no problems in 7 years. I'm sure lots of other vehicles out there don't fit the survey stats.

I've heard from several Flex owners that the comfort of the seats is really good and similar to the Volvo seats. When I sat in both I also felt the Flex seats were very generous and comfortable.

Congrats on your purchase. I've had my Edge a month now and really like it. It drives well in the snow (also live in your area). Did you manage to get any incentives? They've had some good deals over the past few months.

Welcome. I just joined recently myself. Gotta love those Stangs. Still have my 90 5 litre I bought new at the time and not a spec of rust on it thanks to getting it undercoated for many years. Congrats on the new car too!

Congrats. I've had mine a month and LOVE it. I know you don't get snow where you are but if you did you'd love it in the snow too. So far, no issues yet with the MYFORDTOUCH either! Good luck.

I had the same smell but now at the 1000 mile mark it has long since gone. I also saw odd coloured snow from under my Edge but assumed it's still "breaking in" and this is normal. No problems with the vehicle, however, it's great!

Sorry, I never had that problem with my liftgate even when it got to -22 for my area one night. What I did get was frosted windows (both front/rear side doors) that would not clear up no matter what fan setting I tried (hour long highway journey too). Did you by chance experience that? I was disappointed that a 2011 vehicle couldn't handle the very cold outdoor temps within the cabin. Other vehicles I passed on the road didn't seem to have the same issues.

Hi, I'm a newbie from your area too. I'm enjoying my new Edge so far and Kona Blue is a beautiful colour. I've never gone wrong with a Ford. I bet you'll be very happy with your Mustang (just watch some of those city potholes!) Good luck!

Hello, I've just made a new purchase of a 2011 Edge Sport and decided to stop lurking and join here to start posting! I hope this new year brings a good turn of events for Ford and the North American economy. I also hope I'm going to enjoy the new My Touch technology in the Edge as I've heard it has had a few problems starting up.
