i have 16yrs at ford and too are pissed that they did nothing for retired workers. thats why i voted no. my dad an uncle retired from ford . people forgot who got them thier good payin jobs . RETIRED AUTO WORKERS

ford workers at sandusky still hearin rumors but tired of drama . need get back to blue oval plant . im ford not a temp . if i have to go tell me love to work in a plant ,with uaw brothers and sisters again,temps are treated bad everyday sad ,im ready to go. i stay around for my own reasons.

sandusky has alot of people scared not me go where i want to go hopefully kentucky is comin up kansas city is investing money probly b openins thier too worst thing that happens they force us out would b in zone avon/ im tryin to look ahead then go from thier alot of overtime at sandusky for now i dont work alot of it but its thier if i want it til they throw me out lol some of the people that left for good reasons one uaw brother takes care of his dad witch is in his 70s another friend has little girls and brookpark is closer than sandusky so not all jump ship scared more personal for them but our union reps should of been last to go in march group to help our union settle in our replacements

profit sharing for next couple of years na lower cuz contract they will add more varables to profit sharein so they can keep it low good bargainin tool for ford at contract time

ya i have a job for now til it goes to mexico or overseas where they can live on 1.50 a day makin stuff in horrible conditions their happy havin a job too

lmao why cuz he retired now didnt worry about it when was workin? how about this have international take concessions and pay cut? they left are union brothers and sisters eat high health care co pays and costs now its important hell ya it is been important for awhile . time to wake up my dad retired from ford and told me to always take care of retired workers but ford and international forgot about all thier sacerfices now it pertains to them now its important ? wheres are cola? pay raises?all that we on shop floor gave up now international union wants us to bleed more for them too?

if the union and company would b up front with ford workers we have better idea ive been thier for 16years and something goin on but no one will say worst thing bump youngest in zone witch is avon lake not far to them eather but untill union lets us know what to do? smoke and mirrors

they dont want to give us profit sharing/ but we lost so many union brother and sisters to buyouts double trippled jobs made company money in hard times and we dont deserve a profit sharing check? maybe at contract we can bargain for a turkey for christmas if they make 40billion that year? lol

same rumors tryin to scare ford workers out for cheap labor flexigate was in thier last week but unless union knows something . same as it was when we spun off ford is not goin to give up sandusky cuz it makes money they will change name again still ford own they want cheap labor no benifits treat temps like crap make them work like dogs
