  1. We have a problem Houston: The Huskies will not work in the second row if you have the bucket seats and center console, you will have to trim the back. Called Husky and advised them of the problem for which they were grateful and unaware you could do that configuration. They are going to adjust their mold once they can get their hands on a Ex with that configuration to trim a template against. Other then that the fronts fit pretty good and cover a good bit of the carpet. The rear mat may need to heat up a bit and shape itself as its has some bulging on the sides. They are going to be making something for the third row so stay tuned.
  2. Have the factory extra ones but just ordered a set of Huskies as they seem to cover more carpet area. Thye only thing they are lacking is a set for the 3rd row. Should arrive any day now and will give feedback.
  3. Like your owners manual, face it I rather have that then something I print out from a website on my printer.
  4. Here is the info from NuShield they provided me to order the protectors for the Nav and DVD system. Checked with them and the F150 they mention matches the dimensions of the Edge and Explorer: The Navigation screen is the same size as for the Ford F-150 ‘09-10. The DVD headrest screen is the same size as for the Dynavin D90. Please order for these items here: http://www.NuShield.com/buy.php
  5. I understand totally on the GM I had a Tahoe with that setup, but we rarely used it mainly the headphones. Have not had a chance to pump the current system through the stereo. Ask your dealer to order a bound book to include in the rest of the manuals, its the least they can do for the price of the system. My dealer did not give me grief about doing that.
  6. Mine are about 10" x 10" x 5" and flare out towards the bottom. Compared to the stock ones which the dealer gave me back the Invision are def more boxy the others are squatty and rounder. Happy overall with them. Did you get an operations manual for the DVD system, I did not curious if others came with one. Also may look into a screen protector like Nu shield since the screen is exposed all the time. They are getting me sizing info and I will post results after I install.
  7. Checked the order screen printout and it says Xplan order Fleetname my last name. The actual window sticker of the vehicle has my last name listed. How can i tell if it was put int he system correctly? So it sounds like you did not need a special mailer/certificate to get this.
  8. I'm guessing you did this prior to January cutoff. My dealer did not have me sign anything at the time of order, just took my deposit. I'm hoping their lack of attention to detail didn't just cost me $500.
  9. HELP Went to the dealer to crunch the final numbers today and they are telling me you need a certificate to claim the $500 early order incentive. I ordered mine back in early December. For those that used and got the $500 early order what did you have in order to claim?
  10. I've read some other posts on the other site where owners with Limiteds have had issues in the snow. We'll see on what others may chime in with here. Not sure if I will get a chance to try the new toy in the snow this winter. Congrats on your new ride!!!!!!
  11. I have yet to find anything positive about this tire in terms of its performance. From what I've seen its another Firestone disaster in the making for us that have to deal with snow and driving in it. For instance look at the rating on tire rack. Is this tire is just getting a bad wrap?????? Come on all you owners that took delivery on Limited's in snowy areas pipe in here. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Hankook&tireModel=Optimo+H426
  12. Gary please let us know the codes and dollar amount that you were able to get through Xplan and your dealer. I am in the same boat with mine arriving this week. Using Xplan with a 98 Ecplorer to barter with for loyalty incentive. Confused myself on whats available, what can be combined etc.

  14. Does anyone have the code for the Loyalty Cash $1,500 for current explorer owners of previous models?
  15. I'm guessing this is isolated to those with the bucket seats as they mention reclining and the bench does not recline. Dissapointing that an issue has already caused a recall this early in the production. Atleast they owed up to it instead of trying to hide the problem.
