I was hoping if someone could help me out with telling me the status of my 2012 Shelby that I have on order? The VIN is 1ZVBP8KS1C5208846 I'm currently deployed in Baghdad Iraq and will be home for good on May 4th. I'm hoping the car will be ready for me to pick up on May 5th. Any help would be greatly appreciated and a morale booster for me! Thank you!

Most Pontiac Owners Sticking with GM

I have a 2005 Pontiac G6 and I will be the oddball pontiac owner and not be buying a GM. I think a Ford Fusion will be my next car because I've owned 2 GMs and had nothing but problems with them. -
People are buying more of the Camaro because it is a new cool car in some people's eyes. Once the novelty wears off the Mustang will be back on top. Maybe they could fix the traction problems in the meantime though :shades:

New member here who is currently deployed with the Army in Baghdad Iraq. 52 days until I'm home and keeping my fingers crossed that my 2012 Shelby mustang will be ready in 53 days!

I had a 2000 SVT contour (silver with blue leather) and I loved that car! You guys are right, the Focus ST will be a good replacement for the contour.

The biggest suggestion I have is to make it your "own". What I mean by that is mod it the the way you will enjoy it the most. If the strut brace is your only modification, so what, you just made the car more "you" and be happy with the way it turned out!
