  1. Here is my new 7.3 F-350 XLT CCSB along with my 99.5 7.3 F-250 and my '66 F-100. I ordered the '22 on 12/29/21 and it arrived two weeks ago. I also ordered the 99.5 F-250 way back when. I love all of my red Fords!
  2. My dealer just told me that Ford Credit's interest rate went up 1 full point yesterday.

  4. Not sure yet but they said they will beat the website price and install it for free.
  5. Super Duty 2020-2022 REV Hard Folding Tonneau Cover for 6.75' Bed ~ VHC3Z99501A42N (ford.com) Has anyone purchased the Ford Hard Folding tonneau linked above? It looks very similar to the BakFlip. The dealer can install this at the time of delivery on my truck and offered it at good price. It almost makes me wonder if this and the BakFlip are manufactured by the same folks.
  6. Yes, I was told the same thing a couple of months ago.
  7. I have a F-350 XLT CC SW 4x4 ordered and it is scheduled to be built the week of 4/18. I dropped wheel liners and splash guards to help get it scheduled and it seemed to work. I am now looking at mud flap options and I'm not really liking the factory style splash guards. I like the look of the Gatorback mud flaps. They are pretty pricey but do look nice to me. Has anyone gone with these? Any other suggestions? Super Duty 2017-2022 Gatorback Splash Guards Rear Pair w/ Stainless St ~ VHC3Z16A550M (ford.com) The dealer is going to order and install the wheel liners when the truck comes in. I am thinking of having them also install the Gatorback flaps at that time. Thanks
  8. My dealer said they will honor the $3,000 PCO even though I ordered the truck on 12/29/21 before the PCO arrived and my truck is scheduled to be built the week of 4/18/22. They are also accepting my X-plan.
  9. It's not just about the $$$ even thought that is a big part of it. There is alot of not needed weight with the heavy GT-500 & GT. If you were around in the 80's you may remember how popular the LX 5.0 package was with drag racers. Many people just don't want all of the bells & whistles associated with the GT-500 or GT. A VIN on the Cobra Jet would solve everything but we know that won't happen and I completely understand. Like I said it was just a dream that I know me and many other's have.
  10. I'd love to see Ford build a somewhat affordable base Mustang with the GT-500 engine and call it the LX. I know they already build the Cobra Jet but it is not legal for highway use and big money. It's just a shot in the dark and will never happen but a guy can dream... A more realistic dream would be to put the current 5.0 Coyotte in a base no option car and call it a LX. I think both would be decent sellers.
