  1. I've found it not bad, some stations tend to replay songs quite frequently. Quality is iffy, some stations are better. I don't think it's something I would pay a monthly subscription for. When it expires, I'm sure they'll hound me with dozens of cheap offers, and then I may consider it. But, for the fact of having maybe 4-5 stations I'd listen to, it may not be worth it for me. IPod, USB drives and FM radio should do me fine.
  2. Yeah, you'll definitely want to call them. There should be the small silver valet key in each fob, as well as a seperate key included for the glovebox to keep on your ring, it's about the same size as the valet key, just has a regular key black plastic base on it with the ford emblem.
  3. I have a seperate key that was included with the fobs... it's too large to fit inside the fob. The dealer should have included this? Just checked, and there is the seperate keys without base inside the fob. The one that was included seperately does have a black base with the Ford emblem on it. The dealer did tell me it was for the glove box.
  4. Unfortunately, going to be ditching the 19's and rolling on 16" steelies with balloon tire Blizzaks for the winter. Going to miss the look of those H's for sure. :/
  5. Syncmy ride does list me as: Sync VersionGen2 - V3.5.1 I'll check the car on my way home and see what it says. Have the car scheduled next week-ish for the Snow tires/wheels, so they're going to look into it and/or update it when it's in.
  6. I find the car already rides like a dream, even with the 19's with the 40 series tires. The ride quality is exceptional. You could probably kiss your warranty good by if you were to start adding all the air ride gear. If you could have it developed to fit properly, and not come up with a hack job of parts for other vehicles that have a questionable fit and quality, then more power to you. But, if you go this route, do it the right way, and work with a company to have parts developed for this specific application. Who knows what kind of crap you'll get into with the AWD system, advanc trac and stability control, ABS systems and such when you start pissing around with suspension. Personally, it's not something I would consider. The car already looks amazing, I don't really see the need to slam it on bags, unless you're trying to go for a show car or something. Maybe a proper coilover suspension so you can tune in your ride height and quality. But, that's just my opinion. I have no experience in air bag systems, so I couldn't tell you for sure.
  7. I noticed mine was gone already yesterday. You're probably right Igg, the defroster will probably evaporate it quick.
  8. Was trying to do some conversions as we use KMS here, I got the car with 9 kilometers on it, and they had just refilled to a full tank before I took her home, at I'm at about 360ish kms (which is approx 220 miles) on the odo, and still a half tank to go. I'm predicting it to be in the range of 600-650 km for the tank, maybe a bit more. So that should put it in the range of 370-400+ miles on the first tank. As I said, I'm going to wait for this one to burn out, and use the trip meter before I try any real calculations - Just giving myself some idea of how it's going.
  9. lol, It's only the 1.6L that's under this recall. I'm surprised you didn't know that already, been on the Forums here since it was released.
  10. It's the block heater plug in. Comes on the Titanium in Canada, believe it's optional in the states?
  11. After cruising around today, and hammered on it a few times, fresh reset, then another drive into town, around a bit and back home via highway. I've hit around 27.3 mpg (car's meter) Still have a half a tank of fuel to go through, and I'm at roughly 220 miles on it. Once I'm on a fresh tank I'll start doing some real calculations. But, so far it's looking pretty good..
  12. Snapped a few shots today, sun was out. Temps were mild. I don't care about people reading my license plate, so I didn't bother distorting it.
  13. Mine was around 300 ish out the door, lifetime warranty too.
  14. Pretty flat, with a few mild hills, so it's not so bad here. I can see the hills affecting mileage pretty good, as if you watch the instant mpg meter, it does increase as you go up hills by quite a bit.
  15. Also, says Confirmed uninstallation Gen2 v3.2.2 then Confirmed Installation Gen2 V3.5.1
  16. Just ran the updates, there was a couple installations; took like 4 seconds to load it into the car using USB3.0 stick. Syncmyride is now showing this below.. So looks like I'm up to date now Thanks for the headsup akirby, I'll ask my dealer this morning when I stop in. Does Ford send these out in the mail, or just to the dealerships? Confirmed installations DA5T-14D546-AF DA5T-14D546-BB DA5T-14D546-DB DA5T-14F496-AF DA5T-14F497-AF DA5T-14F497-AJ DA5T-14F657-AG DA5T-14F657-AK
  17. ! Thank you. I will look into this!
  18. Yep, according to Ford, any vehicle with the 2.0 is fine, as well as all Titaniums. Haven't heard any issues about the 2.0L. I wish they would get this 1.6L in check, it's an amazing engine... Edit to the above. My 04 Explorer Eddie Bauer, fully loaded had a sticker price of $52,000. Someone must have been out of their minds as well to spend that kind of cash on a Ford!#!! :!
  19. Right now it doesn't bother me as much, partly due to the fact that I'm moving into this from something that gave me 13 mpg, so obviously anything is going to be better. But, for you guys that are coming from decent mileage vehicles to one that is supposed to be better, I can understand the frustration for sure. Hopefully we get to the bottom of this. Something has to be definitely off a bit, there's no reason you shouldn't come pretty close to the EPA numbers at times, even though they're a little overblown sometimes, and many factors come into play. For an I4, direct injection engine, it's gotta be pretty decent.
  20. Haha, I noticed that too deadman. It's not all the time that it does that. I find I have to set it for each source that I choose, some times it remembers it, but sometimes it doesn't?
  21. If you've already got your car, just call your dealership and ask them about the newest update for Sync, and see if they have them on order or what not. Mine, as far as I can tell is still due for the latest update, but I didn't press my dealership about it as I just picked up the car on Saturday. It's something Ford may contact us about via Mail, as well. I don't know yet.
  22. Yeah, exactly that. Go in, and explain to them that it's not getting great fuel mileage, they'll probably try and tell you that every vehicle is different, break in periods, and you wont get as advertised, depends on driving conditions and styles, so on and so forth. But, just explain to them, that the fuel economy appears to be very low, give them some numbers and explain to them how you've been driving the car. And ask them to have the vehicle looked at, they should be able to do some testing and such to make sure it's not running rich or anything. To me, it's gotta be something not quite right, as mine fresh off the lot with practically zero miles on it, is already getting mid-twenties, even with extended idling while I figure out features, highway cruising, and some city driving. The manual states not to bother calculating the fuel economy until after break-in, which it states 1000 miles or 1600 kms. So, if you're over that. Go nuts. :D
