  1. Things were done, agreements were made. Lima is still open for business. If you transferred in you'd think you would be a little grateful. Speaking of the contract, where is the Local? We were told it was done a month ago. Voting times are up and we still haven't seen it. If we got everything we asked for then what is the secret?
  2. I'm a Veteran, I'm proud of my service and the people that I served with. But I personally don't care what day is chosen for me to be paid to stay home. I just appreciate the day, some don't get to anymore.
  3. Thank you Capt Obvious! lol
  4. They're here! But you are right, minus the moving allowance...
  5. We have taken in Tier 2 transfers here at LEP. General thought is because the Chairmans daughter is Tier 2 and he wanted her to be able to transfer if need be. Or just that he hates LEP and would do anything so locals can't get hired in. Pick your poison, but we have a few here from MAP and Sharonville.
  6. If you think about it Dr Phil your two topics go hand in hand. The stooges write all the grievances because they can't tell the people, (thier voters) they are ever wrong and don't have a grievance (easier to blame the company). And with the IUAW coming down here to negotiate for them, well that takes the heat off them as well. I can't wait to hear the spin stink hole puts on the lost grievances. And when the people hate the Local contract, he can say "it wasn't me".
  7. Noticed that another appointed Lima guy moved out of the UAW office. Are the Locals wanting out or getting moved out?
  8. Take a breath, rest easy my LEP brothers and sisters. Heard today that the International is here and have been here for a week negotiating our local contract. Thank God stink hole and the stooges aren't doing it. Who knows what they would have come up with (Probably free car wash), not that the International is perfect but I do like the intervention.
  9. Hey hinky I would leave Super Tick alone. If it weren't for him you'd actually have to come to work, he is your eyes and ears. Higher IQ,LEP used to be a peaceful place to work. But electing this group of transfers all you're gonna get is the same thoughts and agreements that closed their plants. Need to get the locals active in politics, some of us don't want to move again. Hinky brags about being at every Ford facility that ever closed. I think it makes him part of a failure, the Union Leadership has to take part responsibility in those plants closing. Scary thought of what the local agreement might bring with this group of idiots negotiating for us. YIKES!
  10. O the buttons were a great idea. If they can't talk about negotiations why the buttons? Not to mention as they are telling us to wear them at the union meeting, not one of the leadership is wearing one. What a group of idiots.
  11. Our fearsome foursome of bargainers always brag how they hate management and refuse to meet with them. I picture them in negotiations with their arms crossed and looking out the window like spoiled five year olds. I wonder if they are working for us or just trying to get carpenters and ramp crew for themselves?
  12. Used to be a great place to work, but the locals are not involved enough. People transfer in and the wrong ones take over. Brag that they've been to five plants. Is that five moving allowances without ever moving? Seems like they are working on the 6th. They are use to working 4 hours and getting 10 hrs pay, don't you think that played a part in your plant closing? Brags at union meetings "when I was in production I would'nt do this, I would'nt do that" apprently work ethic hasn't changed since elected. Now he wants Entry level to transfer in, is that so his entry level daughter can transfer out with him when he kills Lima? He talks about the plant manager not living in Lima, we see Felix more than we do Hinkle. Wake up Lima.
  13. Our transfer chairman, who's only here to days a week (sat & sun) wanted to go to four crew so his transfer buddies would only have to drive hee three or four days a week.
