  1. He is a Priority 2, but didn’t know it…2/3 down his post. But, for how long?
  2. If it was an F350 with the Camper pkg, then your gvwr would have gone up from standard 11,300 gvwr to something higher, like 11.4 or 11.5k gvwr, giving you the payload you wanted. The highest gvwr I’ve seen on BOF with a gasser F350 was 11.9k gvwr, which had almost 4500lbs payload. F250 add ons for camper, etc detract from max 10k gvwr. On F350, they add to and above standard 11.3k gvwr. On a positive note, you’re good with most TTs, if not inbed camper. Sorry to hear about the order mistakes. PS Use it, enjoy it, and order another with proper specs…then trade it back when new one comes in…also, get them to commit to good deal, since they messed the first order on payload.
  3. You would get that payload with an F350 gasser, gvwr above 11,300. But with an F250, 10k gvwr, you’ll never get that payload…per this, your truck weighs 7227lbs empty. To get 4150lbs payload, you would need about 11,400lbs gvwr, which is F350
  4. RFT2112, I saw a few months ago that drw boxes were a constraint. And, F450s, I know you’re a 350, we’re also constrained by rear axles and wheels. Have you worked thru your dealership to get Ford Regional Manager to move you to Priority 2?…and, if so, how long at Priority 2? If you haven’t been a Priority 2 for quite some time, I don’t think Corporate will likely intervene.
  5. Just sent you a PM…suggest you reply to it. Should show you have a message at top of page
  6. What’s your build and Priority code. Might be able to help you along.
  7. Hello all and Happy Thursday, After over 13 months since order date - 16 June 2021 - finally got coveted Ford scheduled email this morning…2022 F250 Platinum Tremor with 7.3l, AS, 5thWP, dropped bedliner and tonneau cover. Scheduled for week of 15 August. Believe this only happened after reaching out to Ford Corporate via emails as suggested by someone on the Tremor SD forum…got assigned a Ford Liason a few days later. The Liason worked with KTP Scheduling, and said if I dropped hard folding tonneau, they would move me from Priority 2 to Priority 1. We did that a little over 3 weeks ago, and finally got picked up the third Thursday after becoming a Priority 1. Very happy to finally get movement after being a Priority 2 for six months and unscheduled for over a year.
  8. I was tempted, but want my Platti Tremor…a derated F350 instead of normal F250. Also, just got a Weight Safe True Tow Wdh, so maybe make the F150 Max-Tow a little more stable towing. If so, maybe cancel/pass on the 1/2 Platti Tremor, no mc seats, and reorder a 23…keep the F150 in the interim PS Like many other Platti orders, very pissed about this, especially given 11 months without scheduling.
  9. Yorid, I was looking around the country, like Cglenn did, to see what’s available out here Huntley Ford by Chicago has a 22 F250 Platinum in Iconic Silver with 2.6k miles on it for about $78k…seats should be good and has AS, if you don’t want to wait. I’d consider it, if it weren’t for the fact we have a Platti Tremor on order…11 months unscheduled. Jusr a thought PS We may still consider it if we don’t get scheduled soon.
  10. You’re right. A package that cost me/us $3k more for a Platinum…$300 credit is BS. Fine, you didn’t want the seats or spend the extra money, others did…give it a rest, people are rightfully pissed.
  11. Also, my understanding is if you change trim level, you may lose price protection…yes or no?
  12. ScorrK1, I guess that would explain why first order was cancelled, if ever even placed. Dealership told me they could still order a MY21 in April, so I did a $1k deposit. Then, they came back a month later and said Ford cancelled it…more likely Ford said to the dealership, sorry Order Bank is closed, order again as a MY22. Either way, our 22 Platti Tremor has been on order, unscheduled since 16 June 2021…
  13. I agree with a Cglenn on this. We specifically ordered a Platinum, with Tremor package, to get both nicer seats and with the MC (massaging) seats. Originally ordered a MY21 mid-April of 21. Ford came back mid-May 21 and cancelled outstanding 21 SD orders. Reordered late-May 21 for a MY22 that Ford accepted mid-June 21. We’re at 11 months without a VIN or scheduling from last June, and really at 13 months given original 21 order last April. Ford needs to make this right…fine, give a $300 credit, but fix it later/restore MC functionality later. Else, $300 credit on a $3k trim upgrade is pure BS.
  14. Personally, I’d leave it alone. The only item I see to remove is wheel well liners, but NoOne has ever said anything about that being a constraint. Platinums and Limiteds have been slow to schedule/build. However,, if you change Trim level you lose price protection. So, again, I’d leave your fairly basic build options alone…my $.02. PS We have an F250 Platti Tremor on order, now at 10 months without a VIN…we’ll wait for the truck we want…hang tough.
  15. WS, I lot of guys on the Tremor forum say it takes a while for the Duratacs to break in, like 3k miles, to get rid of the wondering. Some also suggest airing tires down for better ride and quicker break in when not towing. Just a thought. PS We’ve had our 250 Tremor on order, without a vin, for over nine months. So, we’ll gladly take yours if you don’t like it…haha.
  16. Yay!!! You rock Ice. ? Fingers crossed for everyone…and me.
  17. If I was you, I would not bring it up to them…it would give them a reason to jerk you around, so you back out of the deal. Then, they could turn around and sell it in days, like you said, with a healthy ADM…my $.02.
  18. We must be different on PL’s between US and our friends to the north orders, you had me rather confused when I knew I was a 235 from last June…and still waiting to get scheduled…have AS and most other constraints. ?
