I have about 10,000 miles on my 2022 F450. When towing my fifth wheel last week, the engine started running really rough. We pulled over and found that it was running rough at idle too. The Ford pass then sent three errors (see below). I took it to a nearby Ford dealer and they did the steps listed in the attached image.
After I got the truck back from the dealer, it ran fine for about a week. It then started doing the same thing over again. However, it is intermittent and it is no longer causing a check engine light or errors in the Ford pass app.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Could it have been from bad fuel? If so, is there a treatment (cleaner) that anyone has used that has fixed this?
1. An electrical concern has occurred with the number 2 fuel injector circuit that is affecting the performance
2. The engine control system has detected a fault with one of the vehicle fuel injectors or its associated wiring
3. A module received some invalid data from the powertrain/engine control module and may affect the vehicle system operations
