  1. Received scheduling email this morning, week of 20Feb23. F-350 CCSB 6.7 Lariat Ultimate, sports appearance, 5th wheel prep, spray-in liner, max recline and FX4.
  2. Never said anything about controlling the process. You’ve obviously missed/disregarded the question for an understanding of why I’m being told what I’m being told! RTFQ
  3. Yes you have posted several times just saying it’s a line of bs, however, by just saying it’s a line of bs doesn’t help me understand what/why my dealer is telling me what they are. As other moderators have said, dealers aren’t use to the plethora of retail orders so they may not have the proper understanding. So if I can help them help me with a better understanding isn’t that better than just saying it’s bs and chose a different dealer? More than likely I’m not the only one at this dealer facing this predicament. Plus, the add-ons and build that I want can’t be done now since Ford has removed many items, not including the major commodity restraints.
  4. Help: Can someone please explain what a wholesale batch cycle is? My dealer is saying that only COVP orders are being scheduled, not regular dealer allocation orders because there’s too many orders, within wholesale cycle from March ‘21 to November 5th 2021. They’ve stated that the next wholesale cycle comes out in April and that’s when I could become scheduled.
  5. I'm starting to think that! Could it have something to do with dealer stock orders? They're even saying COVP orders aren't being scheduled past November 5th. My brother also ordered from them, and yes he has two commodity restraints they've told him "Ford" won't even look at his order until a minimum of 27 weeks has passed. Is it true that if my order has been submitted and I've received the confirmation order that it's essentially out of the dealers hands and falls into Ford's lap for scheduling?
  6. Great Lakes. Everything my dealership is telling me contradicts what've been gathering from this forum and others. I've even called Ford customer service, and spoke to another dealership and they didn't have an understanding of what a "wholesale batch" is.
  7. What is a regional wholesale batch? My dealership said the region only accepted/pulled trucks from the whole sale batch from March to November, and that's why I wouldn't be scheduled. Ordered 9 Dec '21.
  8. When scheduling, does Ford select a date range to schedule, i.e. all orders in Great Lakes Region up to November 5th? I'm being told that I'm probably not going to be scheduled because the region I'm in (GL) is only scheduling those vehicles up to November 5th. Ordered 9 Dec 2021.
  9. At what point does a customer become an annoyance to a dealer/dealership? Excessive calling begins when; twice a week or twice a day?
  10. Bump Cyberdman, Respectfully requesting an update; Sales Code: F58020 Order Code: 0913 Very Respectfully, FourCrazies
  11. Does this include COVP orders? Scheduling is scheduling but with incremental allocations and priority scheduling does this fall outside of a dealer's regular weekly earned allocations for scheduling?
