Not that I can see.

Is this the Ford original ODB plug, or is this an Apex protect plug? My dealer said they uninstalled their GPS tracker, but it was my understanding that the Ford ODB plug has a blue stripe on it. I just want to confirm that they did what they said they did. This is on a 2022 F-450 Lariat.

Mine is now a day approximately 7 days after it went onto a train headed to Houston. It isn't at the dealer yet, so I was wondering if they update the sticker when the vehicle leaves railroad custody and is delivered to the trucking company lot.

I think I've already gotten an answer, but just to clarify, I'm talking about this number at the bottom of the window sticker.

Can I get an update? I think it's at the Westfield yard, but that's probably just wishful thinking.

I have an F450 which is in the shipping process. I believe the date originally on the window sticker (in the bottom middle) is the date it gets officially scheduled. The window sticker date was then updated right around when the actual production finished. My truck was in a railyard in St. Louis earlier this week. Today the window sticker date was updated again. I'm wondering if that means the truck has reached my local railyard, my dealer, or they are just messing with me ? Does anybody have any insight into when the window sticker dates are updated?

My dealer originally ordered the truck with console accidentally. They said it wasn't possible to switch it out because of all the trim and A/C plumbing in the console. They couldn't get Ford to change the order, so they ordered the same truck with the other seat.

You may be changing my mind. I am getting a Rapid Red F450. I had figured I would just do black Linex, but your truck does look really nice.

My Lariat with bench seat is going to be delivered in the next couple weeks. I've wondered what things look like on the dash below the stereo without the console and behind the middle seat. Would you mind posting a picture of those two areas?

I'm in Houston. Yesterday I bought Diesel at $4.09. The store across the street had diesel at $4.69. Even on my little 20 gallon tank on my diesel Colorado, that's $12 by crossing the street.

Today I was able to add the vehicle to Fordpass by scanning the windowsticker, but it says I can't do anything (like locate the vehicle) until delivery.

While I'm no expert, I have bought new vehicles at more than a handful of dealerships (including factory orders). My spidey-sense was going off the whole time I was doing the purchase agreement, but I was trying to give business to a friend of mine who is a salesman at the dealer. I should have just walked away and found a different dealership.

Thanks for the responses. When I called Ford, they got me on the phone with someone at the dealership, who swore up and down that they would never do that, and that he would look into it and get right back with me. I haven't heard from him in several days, and every time I call the dealership they say I need to talk with a different person who doesn't call me back. They did mention that they would like me to purchase some dealer add-on items when I originally put my money down. I immediately said I wouldn't do any of that, and they said "well we won't lose your business over the add-ons". They then proceeded to prepare the purchase agreement which doesn't include any of the add-on items and took my deposit.

Hello. I ordered an F-450 Lariat with X-Plan pricing in August of 2021. The truck is now manufactured and on the way to my dealer. I called the dealer to confirm that nothing had changed on my pricing. It was at this point that I was informed that they weren't going to make enough money on my truck. They said that my truck is a very hot item, and that they could sell it to someone else for a lot more profit. If I actually wanted to buy the truck, I would need to agree to purchase a bunch of dealer added options. Back in August, I got a signed purchase agreement with my Xplan pricing (which they are also saying they aren't sure they can hold) and my build sheet attached. And I put down $500 in deposit on the order. Honestly, if they had gone about this differently and not threatened to sell my truck to another person, I'd probably be willing to wiggle some on my pricing. I've opened a ticket with Ford about this. Will Ford make the dealer stand by their contract? My sister, who is an attorney, has told me to file a complaint with the Department of Public Safety (which issues car titles) as well as Ford. I'm not sure how far to push this, and how quickly.
