  1. Good point. Silly me for thinking Ford might me ahead of schedule.
  2. Anybody have this issue resolved yet? Still waiting on taking my truck to the dealership until there is a known fix.
  3. Well, there you go. Mine was built June 1st. Thanks! that explains it.
  4. In searching online, I came across a post where someone claimed turning off all the vehicle's connectivity settings, logging out of FordPass, turning the connectivity setting back on, and re-logging back into FordPass. fixed his problems. I did the same thing and it fixed the problem....for 3 days. Now its back to giving me the message, almost immediately, when I lock the doors. It doesn't bother me, but it sure was nice not having several notifications for FordPass for three days. I would agree this is likely a software problem. If there is a fix, I'd rather wait until it's well known, rather than leave my vehicle with the dealership and be the test monkey.
  5. Mine took 8 days from build day to arrival in Portland. It then sat at the rail yard for 3 weeks before it made the last 40 miles to the dealership.
  6. Over-all they did. There was one small hiccup, but it was immediately corrected when I caught it. I'm happy and have a Ranger on order for my wife. It just got scheduled yesterday. Finally!
  7. It's a Black, Lariat Ultimate, CC/SRW/LB. surprisingly, I have not taken any more pictures yet. I will post more, probably tomorrow, in the Delivered Truck thread. Let me know what you would like to see and I be sure to get photos of it.
  8. Thanks for the info. I'm interested in what you find out. I live a long way from the dealer and hope to limit my trips. I'd like to have some knowledge on the subject before I take it in.
  9. Picked up my brand new 22 F350 on Friday. I love the truck, but within 10 minutes of shutting if off, Ford Pass gives me a notification of "Deep Sleep Mode". It's every time since I picked it up with only 5 miles on it. I have not put a volt meter on the batteries, but it starts fine and does not appear to have low batteries. It doesn't mater if I drive a 60 miles or just across town. When I shut it off, I almost immediately get the notification. Is this normal? I'm new to Ford Pass.
  10. So, my truck has been sitting at the rail yard, an hour and a half from my dealership, for three weeks now. It is waiting for for the transport company to deliver. Of course I've been tracking and watching the whole time and I have come up with the following: United Road has the contract to deliver my truck. As soon as the truck was built, United Road assigned a load number and made it visible. I have looked at other loads United Road has delivered to my dealership, and every vehicle on the truck has the same load number, telling me the number is not vehicle specific. This tells me United Road schedules loads long before the vehicles reach the final rail yard. I can only assume, if one of the vehicles, assigned the same load number is delayed getting to the final rail yard, the whole load is delayed. Several other trucks have been delivered from the rail yard since mine has arrived and some built after mine. I have no idea if this is the case, just my best deductive reasoning.
  11. You can not. You can add the vehicle to Ford Pass, but it will not let you activate until you have taken delivery.
  12. If "Download File" is all you see, then the modules are not there yet. They will not populate until the vehicle is produced. Once they have, you will see the list below the "Download File".
  13. Looks Good. Are you going through the dealer for the spray-in bed-liner? How far out is scheduling?
