Got word today from Ford Customer Service, my truck is sitting at the ramp in Portland, Or. Now the wait for the final 30 mile trip to the dealer… ?‍♂️

Can we track the shipping on our order using the information on the window sticker? Mine is supposedly in Blue Island, IL.

Rumor is there might be a railroad strike soon. Q: 1. Will this affect our SD deliveries? 2. Would Ford allow up to pick up directly from KTP and drive it home? 3. Would the potential delay cause us to carry over into MY2023?

How long was it before any of you were able to view your window sticker in the tracker site?

Also, make sure if you go the social media route, tag the dealership and manufacturer. Big name manufacturers don’t like the negative publicity and are more likely to resolve the situation….. just make sure all your ducks are in a row. I work for a worldwide manufacturer, it’s amazing at the small things we do to resolve a complaint, regardless of who is at fault….

? So, my dealer rep basically stuck their foot in their mouth? I’ll be curious to see what ends up happening.

Emailed my sales rep at the dealership. Asked: “if I don’t get in the build process for MY22, will they roll me into MY23 with price protection?” They said yes and they will price protect. I know quite a few of y’all have been on order since 2021. Mine hasn’t been that long, but I definitely miss having a truck! It still doesn’t make sense to buy a used one that is $10k+ over MSRP….

The summer interns in charge of the 45 day email commitment, have all gone back to school….. now there’s no one left to punch a keyboard….. (sarcasm)

Year’s ago, you could special order a BMW, take delivery in Germany and visit the area. Once done, BMW would ship it to your local dealer and it was done! If my truck was sitting in a storage lot in Kentucky, I’d have no issue taking a flight there and making a road trip out of it to pick it up. Give me a tour of the factory, put me in a hotel for a night, and feed me a good steak! Take off the $1800 destination fee and we are set!!! I’ll run it by my local dealer for a final inspection when I get back to the area!!!

My guess is those emails are created on two separate systems…. one is set to deliver every 45 days, the other when changes have been made?

Diesel is still up over $5.50 in the PNW….

I've owned several Ford's, transitioned over to Ram from 2006-2022. Sold my Ram and have a F350 on order! Can't wait for it to arrive. Finally coming back to Ford!

Hey all! I ordered my F350 SD CC LB Lariat in March of 2022. As of today, it's in Unscheduled clean status. Does anyone have a time frame for a similar order like this? Thanks!
