  1. I remember you! You got us all pulled over on the PCH in Malibu.
  2. Damn! Low miles on your '03! My '04 Cobra has 72k miles on it.
  3. Hey, Trans Man: Long time, no see! We met years ago at one of our runs from the Valley over to the coast and up to Ventura with the '99 Cobra group.
  4. I wonder where all of those photos are of all of us in our '99 Cobras getting pulled over on the PCH in Malibu because you were "speeding."
  5. Will the GT500 ever weigh under 3,500 lbs. in future years?
  6. I miss my '99, but the '04 is okay (ACTUALLY, IT'S GREAT!).
  7. You are one of the few '99 Cobra owners from the "fix" era that still has his. I can tell you that with my '04 Cobra I don't miss my '99.
  8. My wife's Lincon LS needed a new steering gear and an alignment was part of the repair under warranty.
  9. You're right! It was Bill Franco.
  10. A good installer can weld them on without damaging the carpet. JBA has welded connectors on 3 of my Cobras without removing the carpet.
  11. Ford is developing an engine for Nitro racing. I read that the Force teams will be using it next season.
  12. I remember that Ford sent an engineer out to various Ford dealers to deal with the vibe issue. He fixed mine. I forget his name.
  13. 37 years, way to go! I had my 25th last month.
  14. And then there is the time that you got all of us pulled over on the PCH in Malibu!!!!!!
  15. In May 2006, I found a stock '04 Cobra with 12,000 miles. I found it on the Auto Trader Website. The car was in Phoenix.
  16. That's what I did. My '99 gave me about 95,000 fairly trouble free miles (not counting the FIX). I miss the way this Website was back in '99, etc., with eveyone posting threads about the fix, vibe, etc.
  17. The '04 does a few weekends a year on the track. I instruct at BMW CCA driving schools at Buttonwillow, Willow Springs, and the Grand Am track at California Speedway. That's why I flush my brake fluid so often. Even if you don't track your Cobra, I would still flush the brake fluid every couple of years. Moisture will still get into your system and cause unexpected brake fade at the wrong time.
